Do You Have any Publications Proving the Survival Data on the DC Bead Irinotecan?
- Professor Fiorentini, Professor of Medical Oncology at the Department of Oncology at the San Giuseppe Hospital, Empoli, Florence, is evaluating the DC Bead loaded with Irinotecan in a prospective phase II study in patients with liver metastases from mCRC
- Twenty patients with liver metastases, Stage I, II & III have been treated with a dose of 100mgs of Irinotecan
- At the reporting date the median overall survival was 160 days (range 50-245), in the no TACE group it was 99 days (range 48-150)
