Which Patients are Suitable for Treatment With DC Bead Irinotecan?
- Stage of disease
- Confirmed diagnosis of stage IV colorectal cancer with liver only or liver dominant disease
- Primary tumour has been treated with complete surgical resection without evidence of residual tumour
- Performance status
- ECOG 0-1
- Tumour burden
- Patients must have at least 1 measurable lesion
- No more than 8 lesions
- Tumour burden of no more than 30% of liver volume
