What is the Appearance of the DC Bead Irinotecan During and Following Loading?
- The images (attached pdf) shows the change in appearance of 300-500µm beads followed by light microscopy during irinotecan loading
- These images demonstrate that the loading is a rapid procedure, and the blue transparent beads turn a green-turquoise, non-transparent hue. During drug loading, the beads retain their spherical shape and do not aggregate
