Can I use liquid doxorubicin?
Yes, although the loading time is extended. Recent studies have shown that DC Bead could be loaded to 90% of the desired dose from the proprietary 2mg/ml doxorubicin liquid in the following times:
- DC Bead 1-300pm: 4 hours
- DC Bead 3-500pm: 6 hours
- DC Bead 5-700pm: 12 hours
