The complications would be similar to those seen with conventional TACE
- Post embolisation syndrome
- Hepatic insufficiency or infarction
- Abscess
- Hepatic failure
- Biliary necrosis
- Tumour rupture
- Non targeted embolisation of gallblader, stomach, small bowel
